I'm always amazed at their build-outs, especially knowing what those things cost to do here in the USA!
Don't know. But brick color resembles that in the Netherlands. Have seen upper windows above doors like that. Wouldn't be surprised if its origin was any of the northern Europe countries... Denmark, Sweden... etc.
